I live year-round on Prudence Island, smack in the middle of Narragansett Bay, with access via a ferry only. For going on 12 years now, we’ve relied upon Propane Plus for cooking, heating, and hot water. In the middle of January, it is no joke if my propane supply is in jeopardy. Add to that the importance of cooking and hot water ALL year long. We also do a lot of grilling using the smaller bottles.
Propane Plus is now THE premier company servicing a lot of us year-round. It is a real comfort knowing that regardless of the time of year, these people have us covered. Now equipped with wireless remote monitoring, they also know who needs gas and when. We are all notified when they’ve booked a dedicated ferry run multiple times throughout the year to ensure we are covered. We can also leave bottles for our gas grills, griddles, fire pits, and the like to get topped off along with our big bottles.
Our Rinnai tankless hot water purchase was also a great investment with an excellent installation experience and service ensuring proper and safe operation at all times.
The office staff were also exceptional on every call I’ve ever made across a range of topics and needs.
You should have guessed by now that my neighbors and I are extremely satisfied with Propane Plus having earned every one of their 5-star ratings and are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED regardless of your scenario or unique needs.
